Beihilfe NRW 1.49.0

With the Beihilfe NRW App, beneficiaries of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and participating municipalities can digitally submit the documents required for a short application ("Short application for payment of a subsidy") via their smartphone or tablet to the Central Scanning Office in Detmold.

To capture your documents, simply take a photo of them with the app. Once your documents have been received at the Central Scanning Office in Detmold, you will receive an acknowledgment message on your smartphone or tablet. The use of this app is free of charge.

Registration Process

After registering, you will receive a confirmation code by post. Following this one-time registration, you can digitally submit your documents.

Security and Data Protection

The photographed documents are encrypted and stored in the app, then transmitted encrypted. You are the only one who has access to your data.
